Subang Jaya Medical Center (SJMC) is the flagship hospital of Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care. It is located in the Subang Jaya town of Selangor state in Malaysia.
It is linked to Kuala Lumpur by Rapid KL and Metrobus buses.
SJMC was established in 1985, and the same year Malaysia’s first open heart surgery was performed here.

SJMC is located in the Subang Jaya suburb of Petaling District, Selangor, Malaysia.
The hospital is only about 35 minutes drive from the Kuala Lampur International Airport (KLIA) and 5 minutes drive from the Subang International Airport.
Patients visiting SJMC will find themselves amidst a lot of activity as soon as they step out of the hospital. There are hotels, villas, shopping centers, restaurants, and colleges around the area.
While Malaysia’s capital Kuala Lampur is only about 20 minutes drive from Subang, there are plenty of things to keep you entertained in the town itself.
Less than 5 kms from SJMC, this is a renowned theme park that features many outdoor and water sports activities.
Although patient companions are free to explore, patients who have undergone any surgery at SJMC must seek their doctor’s approval before undertaking any sporty activities at the park or anywhere else.
