The drive from Phuket International Airport to Bangkok Hospital in Phuket takes around 35min.

You can take the official airport limousine taxis (800-1,500 Baht or $22-$50) or meter taxis outside the airport which are relatively cheaper.

You can also consider the airport minibuses which will cost around about 200-300 Baht or $5-$10 per person.
